Sex, Gender, and Feelings. The Debates We Never Had.

Now that we have had the latest transgender mass shooter and another stopped in the planning stages, maybe we should back up and hash out this entire issue of transgenderism. Angst is building on both sides of the issue without a doubt. A major factor is that transgenderism has been given the full seal of approval by woke institutions without debate, discussion, or majority votes of the entire public. The cancel culture enforces it without ever receiving the consent of the public. There are many key aspects that deserve the proper discourse without name-calling or rage. Here are a few such debatables.

Does facial hair make you a man? Likewise, is a woman identified by makeup, fingernail polish, dresses, and breasts?

As a child on Halloween, I had a robot costume. I really liked it and had a lot of fun wearing it, but it did not make me a robot. If a man feels he is now a woman and changes his outward appearance by adopting typical looks of a woman, does this validate his claim of womanhood? Are a person’s feelings enough to change the society? He may feel better doing this, but he is still a biological male disguised as a woman. What about the feelings for those who do not believe in transgenderism? Hair styles, clothes, etc. seem shallow descriptors for men and women, but here we are. What does “identify as” really mean? The phrase itself suggests illusory intent.

After these opening statements and questions, the transgenderists will be screaming and calling me names (likely with violence). However, if some are capable of providing thoughtful discourse, I would love to have the debates. Just to be clear, angry name-calling is not debate. Also, do not bring in an authority figure like a college professor or psychologist; those fields are thoroughly “woke” and politicized.

Are hormone treatments and surgical removal of sexual organs and breasts cruel and harmful cosmetic procedures?

People suffering with emotional distress and mental turmoil deserve sympathy and support. Yielding to the immediate cravings of psychologically suffering people can be unproductive and harmful. Hormone treatments can grow whiskers on women and breasts on men. Such hormone treatments on developing youths do cause physical harm and lifelong physical damage. A lot of fat old men have breasts, so what is the point? How do hormone treatments for superficial body modifications change your sex? The XX and XY chromosomes want to know

Surgeons can remove women’s breasts and graft skin from elsewhere to attach it to her like a penis, and surgeons can remove men’s testicles and slice up his genitals into a faux vagina. These severe body modifications are horrendous means for intimate appearance modifications and do lead to sterilization and other sad consequences. These reassignment surgeries are horrendous actions that are not reversible and moreover do not change one’s sex. Several liberal European countries are now recommending psychosocial counseling instead of surgeries for those suffering. Why are emotionally traumatized people rushed into horrendous reassignment surgeries? Why are such surgeries even allowed? Which side is truly compassionate (slicing off body parts does not seem so)?

Sex characteristics are biological, biochemical, and visually apparent while transgenderism is a mental intangible.

Humans are born with male or female bodies. Let’s not lose track talking about the miniscule percentage of the population that are actual hermaphrodites. Biologically, it is physically apparent that a human is a man or a woman. Biochemically, chromosomes will show that a human is either XX or XY. These traits, procreation abilities, and other measurable, observable properties define male and female as the two sexes. That was until trangenderists sought to confuse and intimidate so they could change the world. What is their basis for their gigantic cultural upheaval?

Transgenders have feelings for a gender preference in conflict with their biology. How does one prove a feeling? How does a feeling compare with science? Chromosomes do not change, but feelings can. Mental states or conditions can change, otherwise the field of psychology is a complete fraud. What happens with the permanence of biology collides with fickle feelings?

Why do mental intangibles overshadow biology and biochemistry? Biological men cannot have babies, and neither can men identifying as women. True or false? If true, then how? If someone says false, there can be no debate or discussion with them. If the definition of a woman does not include the fact that she is the only sex that gets pregnant and has children, it is a dishonest definition. Matt Walsh famously asking, “What is a woman?” still haunts the trangenderists. Can they list tangible things that lets one know they were born in the wrong body

Do children and minors have the life experience and emotional maturity to select and identify their gender?

It doesn’t take a Ph.D. to know that children are born not knowing anything. Childhood is a time where developing youths learn about the world around them. That is why there is no legal consent rights for minors. Children do not have any experience to know what it means to be an adult, let alone know the complicated aspects of sex. Why are transgenderists so intent on imprinting their ideas on children? Is it because they can indoctrinate children and groom them into their self-absorbed beliefs? Is transgender indoctrination really just mental molestation? Why can’t they let children be children?

Parents have the legal responsibility for their children and have authority over what is taught to their legal dependents. Teachers, administrators, and counselors who arrogantly indoctrinate children with transgenderism, should lose their jobs for this abuse. Why not? There are too many stories of children, without parents’ knowledge, secretly going transgender at school aided by their teachers and school boards. Why is this happening and allowed? Can parents sue them? Why not?

The Debate over Trangenderism will never happen.

Honest, thoughtful debates are means to bring out all facts and ideas for an issue. Screaming, violent mobs destroy societies. Debates are a civilized way to change minds and build consensus. However, powerful forces are driving the transgenderists agenda. Wealthy elites, government officials, university professors, physicians, psychologists, big tech, and the media are in intense lockstep. Sadly, these advocates will prevent any public debate on this issue. People can lose their jobs and commentators will be cancelled if they oppose the transgenderists.

Healthy societies are created from thoughtful debate and shared values. Our country seems to have neither of these characteristics now.
